To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have taken the following measures at RentWA to ensure our staff and customers are kept safe in these uncertain times
Front Office
- Hand Sanitizer available for staff and customers
- Disposable gloves available for staff to use as required
- Disinfectant & disposable gloves made available for customers (for vehicle use if desired)
- Pens & counter disinfected 9am, 12pm, 5pm
- Licence and card details are taken over the phone or verbally where possible/necessary
- No cash or EFTPOS
- Headsets for front office
- No sharing of workstations
- Eftpos and front counter terminals cleaned after each use
- Customers to stand back until signature required – Line at the counter for customers to remain behind to help with distancing
Wash Bay and Vehicles
- Keys cleaned start and end of the day (vehicle key boards & check-ins)
- As vehicles returned, disinfect driver & passenger door handles, Steering wheel, inside door panel & seat belt.
- Vehicles cleaned as normal, reverse parked and disinfected again as above
Our General Workplace Area
- Max 2 people in the lunchroom for breaks
- Separate toilet for staff/customers
- Toilets disinfected start of each day (between 6 am & 7 am)
- Doors left open where practical (between office & workshop, office and next door, front door)
