I would like to thank Rent WA for the excellent customer service which my wife and I received from your staff and also for the 5 tonne truck we rented. We moved house from Boddington to Pemberton and at the initial stages we were considering hiring two furniture trailers from Coates hire. After a quick assessment of our belongings it was agreed that we would require a pantec style truck for the move. I went on line and made phone calls to various truck rental companies, Rent WA came out on top in all areas.

1. Advice –  I was advised that the 5 tonne truck would be more suitable than the 3 tonne, you were very right.

2. The Platinum Insurance Cover – very good advice especially since we were travelling on roads with kangaroos known to haunt the scene. Have killed two on the Collie-Williams road in the last 3 months with significant damage to one car.

3. Price – the pricing for the truck was cheaper than other quotes and very fair.

4. The hours of vehicle operation sealed the deal. It allowed us to do all the work we required in a full day rather than having to park up overnight.

On arrival at Rent WA, which was very easy to find, we were treated to a professional and efficient guidance to our paperwork and vehicle introduction. No question was considered erroneous to your staff. Handing back the vehicle was a breeze and the conclusion of our rental left me with a lasting impression of a customer focused business.
