Can I prepay for my fuel?

Yes, for your convenience we offer you the opportunity to prepay for your fuel. This means you won’t have the hassle of having to refuel your vehicle before returning it. Speak to a Rent WA team member for details.

What is a Goldstar All Inclusive Package?

Take the hassle out of your rental experience and opt for one of our Goldstar All Inclusive Packages. The following services are included in the price: daily rental cost, Platinum insurance cover, 100 kilometres per day plus fuel for 100 kilometres per day.

Do you have a branch South of the River?

Yes, our South of the River depot is conveniently located on Rockingham Road in Naval Base.

Are there any areas where the vehicles cannot travel?

Our vehicles can travel anywhere in Western Australia and also interstate. The Rent WA Terms and Conditions must however be complied to at all times.

Can I reduce my damage liability?

Your level of liability in the event of damage, regardless of fault, can be reduced at the commencement of the hire. We offer 2 options, our Platinum and our Gold Cover and Rent WA Terms and Conditions will still apply. You will be advised of these options on pick-up of the vehicle. If travelling interstate, your damage liability cannot be reduced and will remain at $4,400 or $5,500, subject to Rent WA’s Terms and Conditions.

What is my damage liability?

All Rent WA vehicles are comprehensively insured and are subject to the terms and conditions of our rental agreement. Your damage liability on the vehicle is payable in the event of any incident resulting in loss or damage to the vehicle, regardless of fault. The level of liability can be reduced at the commencement of the hire. Please see accessories for further information, or speak to a Rent WA team member on pick-up, who will advise you on your options.

Do I have to refuel the vehicle?

The vehicle will be fully fuelled on pick-up and we recommend you return it full. In the event that the vehicle is not fully fuelled on return, a charge will be levied. The current refuelling litre price will appear on your rental agreement and you will also be advised of this on pick-up.
